Job description
Recruiting a Polish speaking EAL (English Additional Language) support assistant to work 1-1 with a pupil in a Primary School based in the London borough of Redbridge, the school is in a great location being only 30 minutes travel away from Central London and within walking distance from Barking station.

The school are looking for someone who can start the first week back in January and will remain for the full academic year. You HAVE to be fluent in both Polish and English to work as a translator for a pupil with very basic English who is new to the English educational system. This is a newly built school, they are looking for someone who will be excited at the opportunity of being involved in helping someone settle into a new environment. The school has been graded Good' by OFSTED and is looking to progress to Outstanding' by its next review.

Suitable candidates must possess:
- Relevant Qualifications (Applications welcome from NQTs)
- Proven teaching experience
- Strong classroom management skills in line with school behaviour policy
- A professional manner
- Strong interpersonal and organisations skills
