Protocol Education is looking for an English and Maths Primary tutor to help our young learners in years 1-6 in a wonderful primary school in Liverpool, get back on track following lengthy periods out of school routine, caused by the pandemic.

We’re keen to hear from Teachers and HLTAs who are interested in providing tuition on a 1:3  and 1:6 basis in a variety of our schools from now onwards. Newly Qualified teachers (NQTs) or (ECT) who would like to develop their experience working with individuals or small groups of pupils would also be excellent.

Or maybe you are recently retired from teaching, but would like to offer support in your local schools to help the children recover from the loss of learning and the social impact of COVID-19.

You will work under the direction of the Class Teachers and Senior Leaders, to provide outstanding support to students.

We are looking for tutors who are able to work across KS1 & KS2 tutoring English and Maths

The rate of pay is excellent for the role, we can pay between £25-£35 per hour via PAYE.

Once registered with us, our NTP team will talk you through the next steps, including completing the relevant modules to provide NTP tuition and ensure we have you working within our local schools.

In order to apply for this role you must have the following:

• Reference information for the last five years & QTS Qualification

• Degree or 6 months HLTA experience

• UK eligibility to work, an enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to have one undertaken at the cost of £40

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
