Job description
A Junior School situated within the borough of Camden are looking for an experienced and passionate Year 5 Teacher to join them. They are an average sized School, with a diverse group of pupils to which at about 10% have English at an early learning stage and they will accept all applications from all backgrounds. The school wishes to improve their students for the long term future, and you will have the full support of the school. The school has also been Ofsted and does meet the requirements required.

This teaching position would be best suited for someone that...

-Has the relevant experience within Key Stages up to 2 for Year 5 teaching

-A current DBS or we can undertake the safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00


-Extensive knowledge in teaching Mathematics as that is a high priority for their students alongside basic English

-Some experience working with disabled and learning difficulties students is also preferable

-Also 2 references must be obtainable (With at least one being within a school setting)

Recent inspection has stated that students and teaching is good, but they are in search of someone that can make it great, and hopefully that is you!
