Job description
Protocol Education is an Education Recruitment Agency that aims to match your strengths and abilities to the perfect school for you. We don’t see supply as a stop-gap; it is an opportunity for you to gain experience, extend your skills and explore a career in education.

In the Borough of Barnet, Protocol is working exclusively with an Infants Community School situated in a pleasant and quiet environment. They have plenty of green space and play areas for their children to run around and enjoy. The school serves a community rich in cultural, ethnic, religious, linguistic and social diversity.

Together, we are on the hunt for an experienced Early Years Teacher with a vast amount of knowledge and experience in order to deliver effective teacher and learning. The role will be starting in September and will continue on throughout the rest of the academic year. Working Monday through to Friday, you will be expected to take on all aspects of the role.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be:

- A Qualified Teacher Status (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)

- A minimum of 1 year UK teaching experience.

- Knowledge of the EY National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.

- A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.

- Eligible to work in the UK.

- Excellent teaching references.

- Strong behaviour management skills.

For immediate consideration, send your up to date CV along with a covering letter to Joseph on jprochnik@protocol-education.com. Alternatively you can call on 0208 371 7915.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
