Job description
The Head Teacher of this fantastic Primary School is looking to appoint from September 2016 for a temporary role that has the possibility of going permement after a year a passionate and devoted KS1 / KS2 Teacher.

My client is a large three form entry primary school with two nurseries in Rotherham. Following the OFSTED inspection in March 2016 this primary school is proud to say that it is a ‘GOOD’ school.

The school is at the heart of its community.

Applicants must believe passionately in creating an outstanding learning environment and opportunities to ensure all children achieve and make the best possible progress. Applicants must have a desire to create an engaging curriculum, full of learning experiences that pupils will love and remember! NQT’s are welcome to apply for this post. There will also be an opportunity to appoint NQT staff as unqualified prior to September 2016.

You will need to:

•Support the development of teaching Pupil Premium children across KS1 & KS2

•Demonstrates a good understanding of assessment including gap analysis and effective feedback

•Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team across Key Stages

•Demonstrate and consistently deliver ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ teaching

•Have an excellent knowledge of Key Stage 1 & 2 education

•Have high expectations of every child enabling them to make exceptional progress

•Have excellent organisational and communication skills

•Share their vision for providing an outstanding education for the children in our care.
