Job description
Year 6 Primary Teacher, Rotherham

Protocol Education are currently working on behalf of an exceptional school in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The school is located in Rotherham and looking for a Key Stage 2 Teacher who is able to work alone. The school is a one form entry school and therefore the teacher needs to be able to work independently.

Position: Primary Teacher (KS2) - At least one-year experience in Key Stage 2

School: "Good" school in 2012 - 1 form entry

Location: Close to transport links

Start date: September 2016

The school is a very small one form entry primary school. There is full time Teaching Assistant (TA support in every class room. There is a nice community feel to the school and everyone is welcome. The school has been praised on its excellent behaviour management and CPD offered to staff. The school has a really supportive team of staff.

The successful candidate will be a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' primary teacher and be driven to maintaining the high standards of the children's learning. You will ideally have teaching experience within the relevant age range. You will be a team player and be able to work alongside and established team of staff in order to collaboratively plan successfully. There are opportunities for progression and professional development within the school in addition to extensive training.

This is a wonderful and supportive school to work at, with additional opportunities available for class based teachers from September 2016.
