Job description
Are you looking for general supply work?

Due to an increase in demand for supply teachers within schools in Luton, Protocol Education are looking to appoint local teachers who feel they have the skills, knowledge and experience to make a meaningful contribution to students education.

The appointed teachers will be hard working, passionate and display a professional teaching attitude. You must have excellent subject knowledge and a sound understanding of the National Curriculum to carry pupils through the academic year, enabling them to reach their full potential.

You will need to hold strong classroom management skills, adapt well to different behaviour management policies that are in place and be flexible in meeting the needs of the school when required.

The ideal teacher will hold;

- Qualified Teacher Status or the equivalent (QTS)

- Excellent lesson planning and preparation

- Excellent classroom management skills

- A genuine passion for their subject specialism

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
