Protocol Education are working in partnership with an academy located in Rotherham and looking for a qualified primary teachers for positions in Year 1 classes.
The head is working closely with me in order to fill this position with the correct candidate. He would like to see candidates in the new academic year for trial days and interviews.
With impressive, modern campus style buildings, the academy benefits from a number of specialist facilities to enhance teaching and learning. These include a purpose built science laboratory with an excellent range of scientific equipment and resources. A well-equipped ICT Suite contains 24 computers and an interactive whiteboard. Each classroom has a computer and interactive whiteboard and the school has its own full-time ICT technician. The school also has its own library.
Extra-curricular activities on offer include the following clubs: art, basketball, football, dance, netball and cheerleading.
Staff at the academy are proud that their children come from a wide range of cultures. The cohort is described as a family. There is a positive attitude of friendship and respect evident throughout the school.
The vacancy would suit the kind of teacher who would relish the opportunity to help a great head teacher restore an amazing academy to a status of “good” and even better.
