Protocol Education are exclusively working with a Primary school in West Kensington who are currently looking for an Early Years Educator to start in September. This school is close to a number of tube stations including West Kensington and Fulham Broadway making it a school which is easily accessible for you. It is a high achieving school which ensures it provides a happy and safe environment for both its staff and students. The staff set high expectations for their students and are very professional in what they do. You will be surrounded by experienced teachers who are passionate about helping every child to learn and achieve their potential. It is a school that promotes the pupils’ to develop morally, socially and culturally, so that they are happy to work together regardless of their backgrounds. In their last inspection, it was noted that the pupils behave very well, especially at lunchtime. This will create an enjoyable and safer environment for a teacher to work in.
This is a full time role which is available in September for the new academic year. In order to maintain the professionalism set by the staff, the school are looking for experienced teachers who are able to create and deliver engaging lessons. You will also have to have good behaviour management skills and be able to adapt to different needs. Although this is a temporary position, the right candidate could be offered a permanent position.
