Job description
Are you an experienced school administrator with experience within primary schools looking for a School Administrator job in the Brent area?

Protocol Education are currently looking for experienced School Administrators with SIMS and previous school experience to join their team.

As a school administrator your duties will include:

- To provide an efficient and high quality administrative support to all staff and students

- To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children

- Typing of letters, minutes, forms, reports

- Using publisher to create the school newsletter

- Covering reception

- Using SIMS to update student data

- To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of working as a SIMS administrator in a school, can prioritise a heavy work load, multi-skill and work on your own initiative. We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
