Job description
Are you a recent graduate living close to West London with an interest supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?

Are you someone who has a real passion for working with children with SEND and think you have transferable skills and experience?

Are you someone who has experience either with a family member, from volunteer or paid work supporting children or adults with SEND?

If the answer to any of these are YES then you might be perfect for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant, working 1:1 with students who have additional needs!

We work closely with Primary schools across the West London Borough of Hillingdon, who are looking for people to support children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities which can have an affect on their learning and development.

Through providing targeted interventions and being a positive and nurturing influence you will have the ability to have a real impact and support them to get the most out of Education.

These positions are usually full-time roles, so you would need to be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4, however some schools may consider 4 day a week positions for the right candidates.

You need to have a positive a proactive attitude and be flexible and adaptable, these positions can be challenging and will require real passion and dedication but they also provide a rewarding career where you make a difference every day in a Childs life, where you can see and be a part of real positive change.

If this sounds like something you feel you would love to do then please get in touch ASAP with your up to date CV and a statement on why this is the role for you! You can email me at maria.williams@protocol-education.com.
