Job description
Protocol Education are looking to recruit a qualified and/or experienced Teaching Assistant who is keen to be part of a highly-skilled workforce to support the learning of the pupils throughout a wonderful and vibrant Primary School in the Barnet area.

The school has fully-resourced classrooms and wonderful children who are willing to learn and who are a pleasure to work with every day. If you join the successful school you will benefit from working alongside highly-motivated staff and a supportive leadership team.

Duties will include planning and implementing creative learning activities in line with EYFS and other phases, working as part of a busy team, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times, following health and safety policies and procedures, carrying out observations of children, writing reports, supervising play, assisting on trips to places of interest with children and interacting with parents and updating them on their child's progress.

We are interested in appointing candidates that might fit any of the following:

An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, KS1 and KS2

Can plan and implement creative and learning activities in line with EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Understanding of play-based approach to children's learning and development

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
