Job description
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to secure a long-term role?
Here at Protocol, we are currently seeking a committed and passionate LSA for a newly built primary school based in Watford with great transport links.
The enthusiastic starter will be passionate in working in the education sector and happy to commute to a school local to Watford Station. We require an LSA happy to work 5 days a week across Early years, KS1 & KS2. This is a great chance to join a brilliant team. Experience of working within a special need's environment is desirable but not essential, all we ask is that you have strong literacy and numeracy skills and are able to communicate well with both children and adults.

Key aspects of working within the industry are creating a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment. You are there to help children to achieve their goals as well as supporting them within their daily routine.

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00
