Job description
Support Worker - Challenging Behaviour

Do you feel working on a 1:1 basis with pupils with challenging behaviour could be for you?
Protocol Education are looking for a kind, calm and caring individual to work in one of our schools with children with challenging behaviour.

This role is based in Rotherham. This role will be working with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis, with the pupils having Social,
Emotional mental health issues. It will require you to think fast on your feet and have a calm manner about you. You will be doing functional
educational studies in the morning and vocational activities in the afternoon.

You'll be successful if you have:

• A Child workforce DBS, on the update service - we can support you through the process of applying for one.
• Confidence in working with challenging behaviour
• Enthusiasm and confidence to work in this environment.
• A clean UK driving License with a access to a vehicle 5 days a week
