Job description
SEN Specialist

My client is a Primary school based in Camden and they are looking for a TA with SEN experience.

Relevant experience required and the ability to carry out 1:1/small group sessions, other duties include supporting the teacher, planning and preparing for classes as well as handle various working conditions.

To be successful for the role you will need to understand and demonstrate a sound understanding of the support required for children with special educational needs.

Ideally you will:

• Have experience with PECS, Makaton, Team Teach. (Preferable but not essential)
• Preferably has experience of working with SEN children.
• Have good communication skills with staff as well as children and parents.
• The ability to use initiative.

All offers of employment are subject to an enhanced DBS check and receipt of two satisfactory references.
