Job description
I have a 3 form entry foundation school located in Hayes looking for flexible Learning support Assistants who are available to cover students that have additional learning needs to support them in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. The cover can be from a few days here and there to securing longer term roles depending on the needs of the Students.

The school are rated Good' in their most recent ofstead report (2017), they have had outstanding results from their results in 2017 over 80% of their students have achieved Level 4 or above in reading, maths tests and writing.

I am looking for a passionate LSA with excellent subject knowledge, who is proactive and has had experienced working in a classroom setting working with pupils with SEN needs.

The successful applicant must have:
- A minimum of 6 months UK classroom experience.
- Knowledge of the British National Curriculum
- A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Excellent references
