Job description
A multicultural and welcoming primary school in the heart of West London are looking for a Year 6 teacher who is committed to pupil learning and their own professional development:

• Have high expectations and is determined to raise standards

• Demonstrate excellent communication and team work skills

• Have the ability to work closely with parents, professionals from outside agencies and the wider community.

The school are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service)

All shortlisted candidates will be required to teach a demonstration lesson and undertake an interview. NQTs are welcome to apply.

Start Date: 18th April 2016

End Date: Continue in the next Academic Year

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
