Job description
We are seeking to appoint reliable, efficient and effective member of support staff to the post of Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

If you are well qualified, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and confident to cover whole class teaching then you could be just the person for us.

Working within an agreed system of supervision, you will work with the whole class, small groups and individuals to deliver learning activities and support the teaching of the school curriculum. You will hold an appropriate HLTA qualification or equivalent, have experience of this role working with KS2 children and demonstrate the confidence to work with a class in the absence of the teacher.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
