My client is a 2 form entry Primary School located in Barnet. They are currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long term basis starting in September 2016. Your role would be based in a class setting working on a 1:1 basis with a child with Autism and Speech and Language issues. Knowledge of PECS and Makaton would work to your advantage but is not compulsory.
This particular Primary School encourages their pupils to be proud of their school and achieve in an exciting environment. They celebrate everyone's success and provide each pupil with the life chances they deserve. They are relentless in pursuing the best and show love, care and hope for all our pupils who will become young adults of the future.
The SENCo is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated SEN TA to join their talented and hardworking team of staff from September 2016. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge and would like to eventually develop their career.
