Person Specification

To be considered for this KS1 Teaching Assistant post must be an inventive and creative graduate who has can help these bright young students reel relaxed and engaged in their work through a supportive and caring approach. The ideal KS1 Teaching Assistant will display a clear passion to the education profession and a determination to succeed in everything they do.

About the Role

In this exciting KS1 Teaching Assistant position you will be working across the whole of KS1. The hired KS1 Teaching Assistant will be given the chance to work with the class teacher and add your own ideas to lesson plans. Studying how the Class Teacher prepares and delivers lessons in an effective manner, the chosen KS1 Teaching Assistant will be picking up an array of good pedagogical talents. The staff work well under the clear direction of the Senior Leadership Team and the chosen KS1 Teaching Assistant will thrive in this nurturing culture.
