Job description
Required for: 1st September 2016.

The Governors at this Primary School are seeking to appoint a well-motivated, enthusiastic teaching assistants to work 37 hours per week,to join our hard working, outstanding team. The post is temporary until August 2017, with the possibility of longer.

This Primary School is a large and successful infant school with an inclusive and child centred ethos, looking for a energetic and talented teaching assistant; to work within one of our KS1 classes. The School was judged to be Outstanding by Ofsted in June 2014 and we have continued to be relentless in our pursuit for every child to reach their full potential.

The successful candidates will:

•Enjoy working within a team of committed teaching assistants with support from the class teachers and senior HLTAs

•Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•Be prepared to provide outstanding learning experiences for small groups of children or individuals as necessary, both during the school day and during lunchtime provision

•Enjoy making a difference to the education of children and be sensitive to each child’s individual needs

•Be committed to inclusion and equality of opportunity for all

•Be able to maintain confidentiality on all school matters
