Job description
A large well established primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham are looking for a teaching assistant to work in their reception classes. The last Ofsted assessed the school as 'good' overall, with behaviour and safety of pupils assessed as 'outstanding'. The school is also a training centre for Mathematics and English. This is a lovely school with welcoming and supportive staff; they are looking for someone who is personable and who shares their ethos and values to join their team.The ideal person will be:* a Graduate or hold a Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools * personable, dynamic and enthusiastic* have previous experience of working in a school or with children* have good communication skills with staff, children and parents* be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self- direction when neededPlease note the following requirements prior to applying for this position: * you need to supply two years of references* you must have a good level of both spoken and written English **All offers of employment are subject to an enhanced DBS check and receipt of satisfactory references**
