Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting on behalf of Mainstream Primary Schools in the London Borough of Westminster. We are seeking teaching assistants who are interested in working on a day to day basis or longer term basis within our schools.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working with SEN children in a school environment
• Have excellent behaviour management skills
• Be able to write IEP's
• Be experienced in working with outside agencies
• Be able to communicate with non-verbal children
• Have experience in working with at-risk children or within a PRU setting
• Be able to set boundaries and safe work spaces
• Be flexible and available for work on a very short-notice basis
