Job description
Protocol Education are working with a thriving, innovative and stimulating Primary School based in Watford, Hertfordshire. The school want to create the best and happiest memories for all of its pupils, and provide a caring and positive place for children, parents, staff and neighbouring communities.
Children get one chance with their education, and so they want to ensure that they go the extra mile to ensure the children can reach their full potential.
The school is located in Watford, with excellent transport links both on the M25 and by overground or underground trains. There is also parking available at the school.

The school are looking to recruit a Literacy Specialist who can help to improve writing and reading standards across both KS1 and KS2. This will involve working both 1:1 with pupils and running small group work to ensure effective student learning.
They are looking for somebody who is confident, caring and enthusiastic. Somebody who has had similar experience or is confident running literacy group work and lessons, or graduates with strong Literacy skills who are looking for their first role in education.
