Job description
This School looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 1, who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational; a HLTA who has the desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our children.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be able to confidently cover for teacher's PPA including lesson planning, delivery and marking and ensure accurate recording of achievements and progress.
• Show initiative, provide intervention, promote independent learning and work successfully as part of a team.
• Have experience of the EYFS/ KS1 curriculum.
• Have high expectations of all children for learning and behaviour.
• Be able to manage time effectively and balance different priorities.
• Demonstrate how they can make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school.
