Job description
Protocol Education are looking for an experienced HLTA to join a highly motivated primary school in Newham.

Do you have previous experience working in schools? Are you able to cover lessons? We want to hear from you!

The role;
-covering lessons in all year groups.
-supporting the pupils with their core subjects
-supporting SEN children and tailoring lessons to fit their needs.
-working with low ability pupils in small groups
-managing challenging behaviour in the classroom

The successful candidate will have:
-experience working in a primary school
-experience supporting pupils with additional needs
-strong commitment to their own professional development

-high levels of self motivation and drive
