We are looking for a talented HLTA's to work in a variety of schools in Essex.

As an HLTA you will be supporting in classrooms and leading PPA sessions.
You need to be confident and effective in your approach.
-Perfect for NQT's who havent secured work yet and want something temporary to keep them busy.

The HLTA must:
•Have relevant HLTA experience (ideally)
•Or more than 2 years' experience as a TA or LSA
•Be confident to take small groups out of main class • Have energy, commitment and creativity
•Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents by joining this school as a HLTA, they can offer you:
