Protocol Education are seeking to appoint a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local primary school in Barnsley. You will be expected to cover the whole school from EYFS - KS2. The right individual with be passionate, flexible and driven, willing to take on any challenge. If you believe you can motivate and engage pupils across all primary ages and you can work well in a demanding yet rewarding environment, this could be the role for you, immediate start available!

To be considered for the position of Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:
•Have some experience and be confident teaching primary education at Early Years , Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 level.
•Have a good understanding of what is expected within a HLTA role and be willing to take on extra responsibilities.
•Have HLTA status or equivalent.
•Have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt your approaches to varying scenarios.
•Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed school team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
