Job description
Protocol Education are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work in our Luton and surrounding areas Primary Schools. Ideally you will:

• Have previous experience of working in a School Nursery or School Classroom setting.
• Preferably has experience of working with children who have additional needs, both physical and behavioural.
• have good communication skills with staff, children and parents
• be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self- direction when needed
• be calm and patient


Please note the following requirements prior to applying for this position:

1. you need to supply three years of references of which at least one must be from a school setting.
2. you must have a good level of both spoken and written English.
3. Have at least 4 weeks of experience in a classroom setting in the last year.

All offers of employment are subject to an enhanced DBS check and receipt of satisfactory references.
