Job description
We are recruiting for a full time Long Term Level 3 Behaviour Specialist TA to work for a local School in Birmingham.

The School is one of the largest Primary Schools in Birmingham and is based close to Bham Grand Station (New Street)

You will be supporting pupils who display challenging behaviours, working in small groups and on a One to One basis.

The successful candidate must be experienced and willing to work in both Key Stages and will:

• Have the ability to support pupils in behaving positively

• Have a passion for educating children and young people

• Possess good inter-personal skills and have the ability to work collaboratively with pupils and teachers

• Demonstrate initiative and flexibility

In order to be considered suitable for the role, you must have had previous experience working in Primary Schools AND with Supporting Challenging Behaviours

This role is initially a temporary basis with the potential to continue on an Long Term basis to support specific pupils
