We’re working with welcoming primary schools across Shropshire who are looking for confident and adaptable PPA Teachers to join them full-time with immediate starts available.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a teacher who enjoys teaching across different year groups, building positive relationships quickly, and bringing engaging lessons to life while class teachers take their PPA time.

You’ll be stepping into supportive schools where flexibility, creativity, and a calm approach are genuinely appreciated.

The role:

  • Full-time PPA Teacher positions across primary schools in Shropshire
  • ASAP starts available
  • Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
  • Creating positive and engaging classroom environments
  • Building strong relationships with pupils and staff across the school
  • Opportunity for long-term and permanent positions

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds UK QTS
  • Has experience teaching within primary schools
  • Is confident adapting to different year groups and classrooms
  • Can deliver engaging lessons and manage behaviour effectively
  • Is organised, reliable, and enjoys variety in their role
  • Ideally drives and has access to a vehicle due to school locations across Shropshire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
