Job description
Are you struggling to find a teaching role for September 2016?

Protocol Education are working in partnership with a two form entry primary school in Bristol. This school is looking to employ a teacher for a full time PPA cover role starting from September.

The practitioner would be responsible for creating daily lesson plans based on the core subject areas that the classroom teacher has requested to be taught. The role would be to cover reception through to Year 6. Therefore the successful candidate would require sound knowledge of the National Curriculum and have the ability to adapt set lesson plans in order to support all the children within the classroom. This school have some children with challenging behaviour so the teacher would be responsible for following the strategies that have been put in place in order to ensure the children are reaching their specific IEP’s.

To be successful in your application you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

• Recent teaching experience in delivering quality primary education or a recent qualification as a Primary Teacher

In addition to the above positions, we have a number of schools in Bristol and surrounding areas with whom we have preferred supply agreements and consequently are incredibly busy with day to day supply work. We are always looking for NQT’s and experienced teachers to join our agency, so if you looking for longer term or permanent work supply work provides a fantastic opportunity for teachers to increase their experience and get their face known in a variety schools in the local area.
