PPA / Intervention Teacher required for Charnwood, Leicestershire

Looking for a PPA / Intervention Teacher role from September? Fancy working in primary schools in London, supporting PPA and taking intervention classes?
It holds true to its creative, innovative ideals and has worked hard to maintain a 'Good' OFSTED grading.

As a PPA / Intervention Teacher you will be supporting across KS1 and KS2 to cover PPA, and will also be taking intervention classes to help raise attainment. Throughout every class there is an experienced TA who will support your lessons, and most of the planning is done for you. From day one the successful PPA / Intervention Teacher will be utilising the excellent resources on offer, such as a fully stocked resourced library and an outside learning area. This creative school produces some excellent results and follows a creative philosophy that allows for innovative teaching.

The ideal candidate will be a hard working PPA / Intervention Teacher who has been graded as 'Good' or better in observations. The chosen PPA / Intervention Teacher will have the skills to bring their passion for teaching to the classroom and take any challenging situations in their stride. The school needs a PPA / Intervention Teacher who has high standards for themselves and their pupils.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
