Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants that have experience working in care who are looking for a role in education. This particular school is located in Sutton and caters for students from 18 - 25 years old with special needs that include autism, physical disabilities, speech & language difficulties and other complex needs. As teaching assistant you will be supporting students with numeracy, literacy, motor skills, sensory development, life skills and supporting students in vocational courses. This role is a year long contract and aims to start applicants after half-term, if you are looking for something more immediate we also have range of other schools within the area.

The role:
  • Working full time
  • Hours are 8:45 - 16:30
  • Working one to one focusing on students learning and physical development
  • Supporting students on site in small classes of 6 - 8 students
  • Supporting students in the community
