Job description
Due to high demand, Protocol Education are looking for Team Teach trained, or equivalent, candidates to work in our SEND schools in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas. This is a role ideal for candidates who have had previous experience and want to advance in their careers or want a slight change in direction and want a challenge. The opportunity allows preparation for a career in education.

SEND includes many different needs therefore the candidate must be adaptable, resilient and keen to learn. Candidates will preferably have experience working with SEND, challenging behaviour or training. Work will be during school hours and will consist of both 1:1 and group support sessions. This represents a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in education.

The successful candidate will:
*Be enthusiastic and flexible with a very "hands-on" approach
*Be prepared to get involved with school life and make a positive contribution to the school
*Possess a positive and helpful attitude
*Have first class communication skills
*Be passionate about making a difference
