PMLD Teacher – Ealing | Full-Time | September Start

Are you an experienced and compassionate SEND Teacher looking for your next opportunity?

We are recruiting for a full-time PMLD Teacher to join a welcoming specialist school in Ealing from September.

The Role:

  • Teaching pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Delivering engaging, personalised lessons to meet individual needs
  • Supporting pupils with personal care
  • Following and implementing physiotherapy programmes
  • Supporting children during hydrotherapy/pool sessions
  • Working closely with therapists, support staff and families as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching children with PMLD
  • Moving and Handling training
  • Experience using a hoist
  • Confident providing personal care
  • A patient, caring and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
