Job description
Teaching Assistant needed for PMLD classroom!

We are currently recruiting for an outstanding school based in Shropshire, who requires a resilient and experienced TA to work in a Primary Classroom setting. This is for a temporary position starting September 2017 working with students with complex needs. You will be working on 1:1 basis with pupils with ASD, Global Development Delay, Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.

The school pride themselves in their beautiful and safe environment that facilitates learning. Every day is different and may be challenging therefore you must be able to adapt to all situations well. The staff are passionate about working with children and expect new staff to share the same interest and ambition to help learners.

The successful applicant must:

·Have at least 3 months experience in working in a SEND environment with complex needs and behaviours
·Demonstrate innovative techniques and strategies to implement in the classroom
·Have a positive and willing approach to help all students
·Not shy away from tasks given
