They are currently recruiting for a Physical Education Teacher to join their team ASAP. If this is of interest to you, please get in contact today. The vacancy is a long term role with the initial period being to the end of the year.

About the role:
As a dedicated PE Teacher, we aim to:
• Link you with suitable roles working across Key Stages 3 to 5
• Work within your parameters
• Be transparent with you in expectations about availability and details of any assignment
• Support you with providing opportunities to CPD (such as Safeguarding courses)

About you:
• Degree in a suitable sports subject and a PGDE/PGCE or QTS Qualification
• On completion of your degree you must also have evidence of practical ability. Credit points from your degree must be subjects involving practical performance, such as sport, dance or outdoor pursuits and subjects involving the analysis of aspects of physical education, such as movement analysis, choreography, sports coaching, biomechanics, sports science, exercise physiology, sports psychology, studies in sports or dance or outdoor pursuits, sports development, health and fitness or special needs in movement education.
• Able to design schemes of work and lessons including preparing and giving lessons in gymnastics, athletics, dance, swimming, team sports, outdoor pursuits and other physical activities.
• Being prepared to sometimes supervise out of hours activities such as training sessions, competitions, matches, outings or social events.
• Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills is a must.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management techniques. Able to promote behaviour for learning.
• Must display calm and professional approach to managing class expectations and behaviour standards
• Highly organized and good communication is a must. Must be able to work collaboratively and take direction from other staff.
• Steady career or study history with ability to supply a minimum of 2 recent references covering the last 3 years.
• Clients are open to candidates with good to outstanding references.
