Protocol Education have an exciting opportunity in September 2022 for a creative and inspirational Physical Education teacher.

We are working in partnership with a secondary school who are looking to appoint a teacher who will deliver high-quality lessons and develop the PE Curriculum across Key Stage 3 to 5.

Previous experience of working in the sports sector would be advantageous however applications would still be considered if the ideal educator is inexperienced.

The Physical Education department is filled with staff who loves sports and recognises the impact that physical activity and teamwork has on the lives of the students.

This school is located in the heart of Walthamstow and is in close proximity of the A12 and A406 with parking available and good public transport links nearby.


Requirements of a Physical Education Teacher:

  • Good ICT skills
  • Excellent commuincation skills (written and verbal)
  • ECT qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent classroom practice
  • Ability to develop a team spirit across all sports
  • Plan and execute opportunities for children to lead healthy active lifestyles
