Protocol Education is working with a private Early Years setting to recruit a permanent member of staff. The setting is part of a larger school which is located close to the city of Bristol. This is a full time (42.5 hours per week), all year round, permanent role and the rate of pay is £20,000 per annum.

The setting aims to produce children of varied but definite character by combining fantastic academic results with first-class sport, diverse co-curricular activities and an outstanding environment. With a high number of children with EAL, they are looking for inclusive staff that can support the diverse range of needs.

The role is working within the baby room of the nursery working where you will be working in a supportive team with a variety of development opportunities, benefits and lesson planning time.

As a 0-2 practitioner, you will be working with our youngest children and will ensure that the Baby Room is a safe, fun and happy place to be.
You will ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in our setting.
You will act as the key person for one of the children and will work in partnership with colleagues and parents to ensure that they develop into confident young children.

In conjunction with other members of the team, you will deliver engaging and creative activities that are age appropriate and stimulating.
Undertake certain domestic duties such as food preparation, personal care and laundry, amongst other things.
Keep records of your key child's development and learning, monitoring progression and highlighting any areas as required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
