The Role

As a Performing Arts Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons and interventions
• Work 1:1 and with small groups to support engagement and confidence
• Use creativity and communication skills to build positive relationships
• Help students stay motivated and engaged in lessons
• Support classroom behaviour and wider enrichment activities
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff throughout the school day

You’ll gain valuable classroom experience while developing skills that are ideal for future careers in education or youth support.
