PE/PPA Teacher - Brent

Protocol Education is currently looking for a specialist Primary PE/PPA Teacher to join this great Primary school based in Brent for a September start. This full-time role is for a 1-year contract with the potential to become permanent. The role will be a mix of PE and PPA cover (60%/40% ratio), to work across year groups.

The school provides quality education for their pupils, and it has very recently been graded as Good by Ofsted. The school has a focus on PE across all age groups and they have amazing sports facilities.

They have two multi-purpose games areas and a large grassed sports pitch. They are very proud of their school and this is reflected in the quality of the building, which is very well maintained and kept well by all staff and students. It is also reflected in the exceptional behaviour of the pupils

We are looking for a:

- Primary PE Teacher who is a committed teacher with high expectations of pupils in their care.
- Someone with experience of teaching PE to primary students and who is comfortable covering some general PPA
- Someone who works well as a team and is happy to work collaboratively with the head of PE
- An individual who can build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues

The school has a large car park on site and is easily accessible by bus, tube or overground.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
