The school is based in Bradford (BD5) and is looking for someone to improve the development, behaviour, attendance & welfare of its students.

The school invests in their staff by providing them with extensive training & career opportunities. It has extensively invested in its pastoral department. For the right candidate, this would be an excellent opportunity to progress in their career and make a difference in the community by inspiring its young people.

Your role would be to support the school in its pastoral department. Responsibilities range from improving students’ attendance, managing behaviour, communicating with parents along side various others.


The ideal candidate will possess: 

-          A valid DBS on the update service

-          Experience working within education

         Excellent classroom management 

-          Patience, self-motivation & resilience

-          Ability to build rapport

-          Ready for a challenge & to make a difference!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
