Pastoral/Behaviour Support Worker

Are you a passionate about education and wellbeing? Do you have experience with de-escalating behaviours/ working with challenging children? I am looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Pastoral/Behaviour Support Worker for a mainstream secondary school in West Leeds. This position will be available for a start in September 2022!

This could be the perfect role for you, to be a part of a compassionate and encouraging school environment, and ensure students have the best support system within their education setting.

Requirements for this role:

  • A highly motivated and enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn and develop yourself further.
  • Experience working with children with significant social, emotional and mental health needs at any Key Stage.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate maintained on the update service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
