Are you unqualified in Early Years Childcare but have a true passion for drama?

Studying drama at university and want to put things into practice?

Your passion and understanding of drama can easily be brought into the Early Year's world and can really support and encourage development in children.

Drama is an incredibly useful educational tool. It can help to develop children's communication skills and aspects of human behaviour, as well as relationships that will improve their social health. This is as true in the early years as it is once children make the step up to primary school.

What will you be doing?
• Helping to oversee, maintain and organise a clean, tidy child-friendly environment
• Teaching general life skills including basic manners and hygiene
• Taking part in activities indoor and outdoor and ensuring all children are involved
• Helping children with meals, snacks and drinks
• Logging any problems/accidents with as much detail as possible to ensure the correct procedure is carried out
And of course
Using your musical talent with the children, whether this be group work or on a 1:1 Basis
