Our client school, based in Boston, Lincs are keen to have a regular part-time TA with experience working in both 1:1 and small group settings, to support EYFS pupils all the way up to KS2 students with varying levels of needs.
They are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and energetic person with proven skills who can provide support for all children.
This post will suit candidates who are committed to working positively to provide the best learning opportunities for their pupil and who are committed to developing themselves professionally. This role would be flexible across 5 days on a part-time basis. You can tell us when you are available and then we can allocate you into the school when they are requiring that 1-1, TA support.
The successful applicant will:
•Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Have a calm and consistent approach
•Have experience of working with SEND pupils and working in schools as a TA
•Can be flexible and work as part of a team
•Be required to work closely with Class Teachers and staff, Parents, Special Needs Leader and Outside Agencies
