What your day-to-day will look like:

As a supply teacher, no two days are the same — but every day is an opportunity to inspire and support pupils in their learning.

Depending on the school and placement, you may:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Step into the classroom and create a positive, engaging learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
• Support pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs
• Build rapport quickly with pupils and staff to ensure a smooth and productive day

In longer-term placements, you may also take on planning, marking, and a more consistent role within the classroom, giving you the best of both worlds — flexibility and stability.
