Job description
Protocol Education is currently looking for a Behaviour specialist to work with a child in EYFS at one of the largest schools within the borough.

We are one of the leading education recruitment agencies in London and we work with number of schools where behaviour in the classroom may be challenging.

The Role
One of our client schools wishes to recruit an experienced (qualified to at least NVQ3) Learning Support Assistant to support their SEN team. The successful candidate will need to have experience of dealing with young children with EBD, SEMH and/or ASD, ADHD. This a part-time role, 5 days a week from 8.30am until 12pm. The role will involve dealing with a troubled pupil in the EYFS who has social, emotional and menta health difficulties supporting them (and the class teachers) in their every day activities and social interactions with other students.

The Candidate
You should have a demonstrable track record of success gained in your professional career to date.
Relevant skills and experiences gained within an SEN setting either in a mainstream or specialist organisation.
You should be highly professional in every aspect, be self-motivated and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
Friendly, honest, energetic, enthusiastic with a real passion for learning and meeting the individual needs of the students.
