Part-Time Flexible LSA

A welcoming primary school in Gateshead is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils who need additional guidance in the classroom.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference while working flexibly.

The role is part-time, term time only, working 8.30am to 3.30pm, with flexible working days.

The Role

As an LSA, you will work closely with pupils and teachers to provide targeted support.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping pupils stay focused and engaged
• Encouraging confidence and independence
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Assisting with classroom routines and structure
