Job description
My client, an Ofsted rated 'Good' school in the Leicester City area, are urgently seeking experienced cover supervisors for the 2016/17 academic year.

The school is based 10 minutes outside of Leicester City and are currently seeking a number of cover supervisors to fulfill their cover needs in the next academic year - this would be an ideal role for someone who is looking to scale back their working hours, or someone who is happy to work on an ad-hoc basis covering a range of subjects in a fantastic and welcoming secondary school.

Protocol Education have worked with this school for a number of years, and are currently seeking experienced candidates who are happy to work on an hourly basis - there are full day, half day, and hourly bookings available to suit your availability on any given day so this is a fantastic opportunity for any cover supervisors who may be looking for flexible work. You will ideally possess strong behaviour management and have a minimum of 6 months working in a secondary school setting either in a support role or a teaching role. A subject specialism is not required but it is desirable.

To be successful for this role you must have:

•QTS and eligibility to work within the UK.

•Extensive subject knowledge.

•Strong interpersonal skills.

•Sound behaviour management.

•The passion and drive to help the school and its students at a pivotal time

Protocol Education are one of the UK's leading teaching agencies. Our commitment to our candidates is second to none, and we work tirelessly on behalf of our clients and candidates. As a member of team, you will enjoy the following benefits:

•A dedicated consultant that understands your requirements

•Industry leading rates of pay

•Regular (and free) CPD courses

•Expert career advice aimed at ensuring you can move freely within your career

For more information, or to discuss the above role, contact Leigh on 0116 285 1615 or send your CV to Leigh.edwards@protocol-education.com

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
